1 将一图片转化成640*480,14色的XPM文件： <br>
#<span class=GramE>convert</span> <span class=SpellE>abc.jpg</span>
-colors 14 -geometry 640x480! <span class=SpellE>abc.xpm</span> <br>
可以不要 -colors 14 参数。。<br>
2 压缩生成的<span class=SpellE>xpm</span>文件，使用<span class=SpellE>gzip</span> <br>
#<span class=SpellE>gzip</span> -9 <span class=SpellE>abc.xpm</span> <br>
压缩后。图片最好不要超过90kb .不然系统启动时不显示GRUB界面。<br>
3 将<span class=SpellE>abc.xpm.gz</span><span class=GramE>拷到</span>/boot/grub下
<br>
最好可以把原图保存起来。如果不成功还可以改过来的。。可以放几个图片在GRUB目录下面。 就可以随时可以换<br>
<br>
4 修改/boot/grub/<span class=SpellE>menu.lst</span> <br>
<span class=SpellE>splashimage</span>=(hd0,0)/boot/grub/<span class=SpellE>abc.xpm.gz</span>
<br>
5 存盘退出。<br>
