SINGLE DEVELOPER END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT FOR VXBUILD

IMPORTANT-PLEASE READ CAREFULLY. This License Agreement is a legal
agreement between you ("the user") and Tetradyne Software Inc. for 
the product identified above ("the software"). 

By installing, or otherwise using the software, you indicate your 
acceptance of the terms of this license agreement. If you do not 
agree to the terms of this license agreement, do not install or 
use the software.

1. GRANT OF LICENSE. The user is granted the right to develop
VxD modules using the software and freely redistribute such
VxD modules without royalties.

THE USER IS PROHIBITED FROM REDISTRIBUTING THE SOURCE CODE,
LIBRARIES, AND UTILITY PROGRAMS INCLUDED WITH THE SOFTWARE.

2. COPYRIGHT. The software is owned by Tetradyne Software Inc. The
software and associated documentation is protected by copyright 
and trademark laws. 

3. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY. The user understands that the software
allows low-level access to system hardware. 

THE USER ASSUMES ENTIRE RISK FOR THE USE OF THE SOFTWARE. 
TETRADYNE SOFTWARE INC SHALL NOT BE HELD LIABLE FOR ANY SYSTEM 
DAMAGE, DATA LOSS, OR OTHER DAMAGES RESULTING FROM THE USE OR 
MISUSE OF THE SOFTWARE.
