WinSNMP Interoperability Library

This is a complete interoperability library for the WinSNMP API 2.0.  The WinSNMP
API 2.0 covers management and agent functionality for SNMP devices in the Windows
environment.  Documentation on the WinSNMP API can be found in the Windows
Platform SDK.

The solution and project files provided have been tested using the Microsoft
.NET Framwork 1.1.

To use, include the WinSNMP project in your solution and add a reference to it in your
other projects.  That's all there is to it!
