Release notes for Win32 ngrep v1.40:

	o At last check, the Win32 port of libpcap was missing key
	  functionality to determine the network and netmask, so this
	  has been omitted.

	o While the Unix version of ngrep supports different regular
	  expression libraries, the Windows version does not.  This is
	  simply because I don't think Windows users actually care.
	  If you want to see a GPL-free version of ngrep on Win32,
	  email me and I'll consider it.
