TODO items (some of them anyway).  Not necessarily in priority order.

driver:
- Check data structure access for multi-thread issues.
- Add uid check to ioctl (look at pcmcia 'trusting' stuff).
- Generate queue depth measurements.
- Add dynamic AM930 TX buffer allocation.
- Add support for the management queues.
- Add TX of fragmented encrypted frames.
- Add support for WEP key mappings.

wlanctl:
- Add support for setting WEP key mappings.
- Add sta_basic_rate to joinbss and createbss commands.

wlandump:
- Add ethernet conversion type decode.
- Write converted eth frames to a libpcap compatible file for tcpdump?
- Change so that raw received frames are passed up to wlandump.  wlandump
  then handles defragmentation or decryption (if desired by the user).
