permanent locations, is eligible for membership in this category.

<B>Dues for amusement facilities and concessionaires are determined by the amount of annual income or gross receipts
using the schedule below:</B>

<B>Dues</B>
<P>Amusement parks, water parks, and other attraction firms who own more than one facility with gross receipts over
10 million USD, shall pay dues based on the total combined revenue of all facilities ($1,805 U.S; $1,260 non-U.S.)
plus a fee ($900 U.S.; $630 non-U.S.) for each additional facility owned and listed as a member.
Family entertainment center firms who own more than one facility with gross receipts over 10 million USD, shall pay
dues based on the total combined revenue of all facilities ($1,805 U.S.; $1,260 non-U.S.) plus a fee
($285 U.S.; $200 non-U.S.) for each additional facility owned and listed as a member.<P>
<FONT SIZE="2" COLOR="#339900" FACE="Univers 55, arial, helvetica">MANUFACTURER/SUPPLIER/CONSULTANT</FONT> -
Any person, firm, or corporation engaged in manufacturing, building, designing, or selling equipment, services, or
supplies to the amusement industry, may be eligible for membership in this category.<BR>
