<P class=contenttext>Valleyfair park is the largest outdoor amusement park in
the Upper Midwest. Covering 90 acres, the park features over 75 rides and
attractions plus live musical amusement, Whitewater Country Waterpark
and Challenge Park. Valleyfair is located just 25 minutes southwest of
Minneapolis/St. Paul in Shakopee, Minnesota. </P>
<P class=contenttext>Valleyfair is owned and operated by Cedar Fair amusement park,
L.P. is a publicly traded partnership, which was currently owns six amusement parks.
In addition to Valleyfair amusement park, Cedar Fair, L.P. owns and operates Cedar Point,
Sandusky, Ohio; Dorney Park/ Wildwater Kingdom, allentown, Pennsylvania; Worlds of Fun/Oceans of
Fun, Kansas City, Missouri; Michigan's adventure, Muskegon, Michigan;
Knott's Berry amusement park Farm and Knott's Soak City, USa, Buena Park, California;
Knott's Soak City USa, Chula Vista, California and Palm Springs,
California. Cedar Fair, L.P. also manages Camp Snoopy in the Mall of
america in Bloomington, Minnesota. </P>
