<p><b>Founded in 1975, DEL Industries has been manufacturing products for the swimming pool and water industry for
over twenty years. DEL began to include ozone generators to its product line in 1981. The demand for DEL's ozone systems
became so great that by 1984 all other products were abandoned for a complete line of ozone systems that included a
variety of corona discharge and ultraviolet systems for residential, commercial, industrial and agricultural applications.</b>
<br>DEL Mission Statement<br>
<p>It is our mission to manufacture ozone generators employing UV and CD technology for the purpose of air and water
enhancement and sanitation for multiple applications. We will provide a method of air and water purification that is
safe for all who use our products and for the environment. In an ever-growing marketplace, through research and development

<br>Our Research and Development Team has dedicated several years to the development of the DEL Infinity Corona Discharge

Our systems are built to withstand the worst conditions, while at the same time provide the facility with the proper amounts
of ozone - automatically and safely</font>
<br>Manufacturing Capabilities<br>
<font face="Arial,Helvetica,Geneva,Swiss,SunSans-Regular" color="black" size="2">DEL Industries has adopted state-of-the-art
manufacturing procedures. Implementing planning tools usually found in much larger more sophisticated environments, DEL
Industries utilizes MFG/PRO manufacturing software developed by QAD. The MFG/PRO software is fully integrated between
the various software modules. The modules encompass accounting, inventory management, purchasing, material requirements
planning, sales order monitoring, production work order flow and shipping.<br>
<br>Recognizing that DEL manufactures a diverse product line ranging from a large volume of spa ozonators to pool ozone
systems to large corona discharge ozone systems, proper planning throughout the manufacturing process is critical to
satisfying customer requirements. DEL Industries utilizes a complete Materials Requirement Planning (MRP) system.
The MRP system allows DEL to plan all stages of manufacturing from the procurement of material to the final shipment
of the product.<br>
<br>DEL manufactures a wide variety of custom products for our customers. Due to DEL Industries' size, we are able to
respond to customers' custom product requirements in an expedient manner. Our ability to do this is what sets us apart
from our competition.</font>
<br>Listings/Certifications/Tests<br>
<font face="Arial,Helvetica,Geneva,Swiss,SunSans-Regular" color="black" size="2">DEL was the first ozone manufacturer to
obtain listings from UL (Underwriters Laboratories), NSF (National Sanitation Foundation), AGA (American Gas Association),
LA City Testing Labs and Warnock Hersey. DEL is a long-time member of the International Ozone Association. These listings
ensure the integrity and safety of our products with the back-up of independent testing labs.<br>
<br>The NSF listing acquired on the DEL Infinity Corona Discharge Systems included a five month field Life Test. This
test monitored the system, daily, for five months to ensure consistency in operation, output, mass transfer of ozone
in the vessels and safety. UL tests include all the electrical safety aspects of the equipment, energy consumption and
ozone output, further ensuring product integrity to the end user<b>.</b></font><font face="Arial,Helvetica,Geneva,Swiss,

<p>From our beginning, DEL has been involved in international trade. We sell and service products worldwide. Our systems
are installed throughout the United States, Canada, the Far East, the Middle East, Japan, Korea, Australia and Europe.

<p>Ozone (O<sub>3</sub>) is an unstable molecule generated by the exposure of oxygen (O<sub>2</sub>) to ultraviolet
radiation or a high energy electrical discharge. The weak bond holding ozone's third oxygen atom is what causes the
molecule to be unstable and thus such an effective oxidizer. Because of this instability an oxidation reaction occurs
upon any collision between an ozone molecule and molecule of an "oxidizable" substance such as certain forms
of iron and manganese, organic molecules, or microbes. In an oxidation reaction, energy transfers to the ozone molecule
leaving a stable oxygen molecule (O<sub>2</sub>) and a highly unstable oxygen atom (O<sub>1</sub>). The molecule being
oxidized then bonds with the loose O<sub>1</sub> atom creating an oxide of the substance.</font></p>
<p>Ozone is produced in nature by the ultraviolet (UV) light from the sun (upper atmosphere) and by lightning
(lower atmosphere). The clean, sweet smell of ozone is often noticed after a lighting storm. Ozone can be produced
commercially in much the same way as in nature - through the use of a UV lamp or by an electrical Corona Discharge (CD).
The primary difference between the two methods is the ozone output. UV ozone generation technology is typically used for
low concentration, low output applications such as residential pools and spas. CD technology is typically used for high
concentration, high output applications such as commercial pools and industrial applications. Overall, CD technology is
much more efficient than UV due to the ability of the high voltage electrical corona discharge to split a greater number
of oxygen molecules, thereby creating more ozone.</font></p>
<p>DEL Industries has been designing corona discharge ozone generators for over almost ten years. DEL introduced the
Infinity</font>TM series of CD ozone generators in 1992. The Infinity series consists of eleven ozone generators capable
of producing from 7-500 grams of ozone per hour. The Infinity generators are designed to meet individual and unique
applications with an automated, low maintenance system. Standard features include fully integrated computer control
systems for complete system operation and monitoring, on-board ORP controllers for automatic start-up and shut-down,
and self-contained oxygen concentrator units which produce oxygen at 85% purity. The Infinity line of CD ozone generators
provide a state-of-the-art, user friendly option for applications requiring a high volume of ozone. All Infinity generators
are UL and NSF listed.</font></p>
<p>Based on the engineering and technology in the Infinity line, DEL introduced the Genesis
<p> series of corona discharge ozone generators which produce 2-5 grams of ozone per hour.
The Genesis series was developed for commercial applications such as commercial pools which require
moderate levels of ozone. Like the Infinity generators, the Genesis generators are automated for ease
of use and utilize oxygen concentrators. The Genesis generators are also UL and NSF listed.</font></p>
<p>With a fully developed line of corona discharge ozone generators for industrial and commercial applications,
DEL is again revolutionizing ozone generation technology by introducing corona discharge technology to a residential
pool industry that has relied solely on UV technology. DEL has developed an entirely new line of CD generators for
residential pools which are priced the same as comparably sized UV generators. The use of CD ozone technology for
residential pools results in substantial increases in ozone output and reliability with greatly reduced power
consumption and unit size as compared to UV generators. DEL introduced the Eclipse</font>
<br> line of CD ozone generators for residential pools at the NSPI Expo Las Vegas in December 1999.
The basis of this new line is to <i>"eclipse"</i> UV technology while being offered at the same price point
as UV generators. All Eclipse generators are UL classified.</font></p>
