          <strong>首先</strong>感谢您使用凌霄工作室提供的电子书籍。相信您已经知道我们提供的书籍有两层压缩包，您可以毫不费力的解开外层压缩包得到一个书籍压缩包和这个帮助文档。如果您觉得单独解开每一个外层压缩包是一件很烦的事情，下面这个技巧或许适合您：选中您要解开的所有文档，从右键菜单中选择“释放到这里”（Extract 
          Here）。<br>
          <br>
          <strong>接下来</strong>建议您仔细阅读每个 “?????_readme.html”(问号所代表的数字与内层压缩包名后5位数字相同的两者存在对应关系。即12345_readme.html是*12345.rar的帮助文档)。根据内容简介及目录来确定您是否真的需要此书。<br>
          <br>
          <strong>第三步</strong>统计您需要的书籍压缩包的大小，一种有效的方法是选中所有的文件，从右键菜单中选择“属性”（Properties），立马可以看到大小（不要看占用磁盘空间大小）。参照我们的<a href="#about">资费标准</a>，算出您应付的费用。参照我们提供的<a href="#buy">付费方式</a>，选择一种您最省事的方法给我们付费。<br>

          <strong>第四步</strong>立即通知我们，若您是第一次给我们付费，您应该提供：1、您的姓名（若不是真名请一定要记住）、您随时都能接到的电话、有效的详细地址及邮编、最常用且稳定的邮箱，2、您何时以何种方式给我们付了多少费，3、详细的书籍压缩包名称（应该都是数字，就是要求您输入密码的那些）列表，4、其它可选的信息，如性别、年龄、职务等有效信息。若您已经是我们的用户，你应该提供：1、用户名及用户ID，2、若余额不足应补寄足额的费用并将相关信息一并通知我们，3、书籍压缩名称列表，4、你要声明的其它事情（如不要邮件回复，即第五步）<br>

          <strong>第五步</strong>最迟第二个工作日察看我们的邮件回复，它包括的内容有：1、您提供的个人信息，2、书籍名称列表，供您确认。3、电子书籍合计大小及应付金额、4、其它我们认为必要的信息。您确认后请及时回复并可作一些调整。若您在第四步中声明了不要回复，你将得不到此回复。<br>
          <br>
          <strong>第六步</strong>我们一旦得到了你的款项，将立即给你发密码。并告知您的用户ID及用户名（仅对新用户）以及余额。<br>
          <br>
          <strong>第七步</strong>对照文件名及密码，逐一解开书籍压包，好了，好好看书吧，大家都搞得很累，不容易呀。<br>
