<td style="line-height:17pt" class="p2"> 在使用中我们会发现，有一些经常使用的菜单命令，在工具栏上却没有相应的功能按钮。所以，为了工作上的方便，需要在工具栏中添加或删改按钮。如何操作呢？
<p> 首先我们打开“视图”<img src="img/ac2k0220.gif" width="51" height="17" alt="视图">菜单，并将鼠标移动到菜单中“工具栏”这一项。</p>

<p> 这时在“工具栏”右边会弹出一个子菜单，将鼠标移动到子菜单中的“自定义”项。</p>

<p> 单击鼠标左键，屏幕上就会出现一个“自定义”对话框。比如说我们想添加一个按钮能够实现“帮助”菜单中的“这是什么”功能，只要选择“命令”选项卡，并在左边“类别”窗口中选择“窗口与帮助”项，这时右边的“命令”窗口中就出现了“窗口”菜单与“帮助”菜单中的命令，找到“这是什么”项，按下鼠标左键，拖动鼠标。<img src="img/ac2k0224.gif" width="49" height="44" align="top" alt="鼠标样式"></p>
<p> 把它拖动到工具栏中。这样工具栏中就增加了一个功能按钮。</p>

<p class="p2" style="line-height:17pt"> 此时，工具栏处于编辑状态。如果我们想把某个按钮从工具栏中删掉，只需要在按钮上按下鼠标左键，将它从工具栏中拖走就可以了。完成这些工作后，单击“自定义”对话框中的“关闭”按钮，工具栏就退出了编辑状态。</p>
