<p class=p2><span style="line-height:17pt"> 我们先在表中输入几个数。 在一个空表中输入数据时，只有第一行中可以输入。首先将鼠标移动到表上的“公司名称”字段和第一行交叉处的方格内，单击鼠标左键，方格内出现一个闪动的光标，表示可以在这个方格内输入数据了。用键盘在方格内输入“北京兴科”，这样就输入了一个数据。其他的数据都可以按照这种方法来添加。用键盘上的左、右方向键可以把光标在方格间左右移动，光标移动到哪个方格，就可以在那个表格中输入数据。按一次“→”键将光标移到“联系人姓名”字段内，输入“张刚”两个字。</span></p>

<p class=p2><span style="line-height:17pt"> 如果输入时出现错误想改的话，只要按键盘上的方向键，将光标移动到要修改的值所在的方格，也可以直接用鼠标单击，选中方格内的数据，然后用键盘上的“DELETE”键将原来的值删掉，并输入正确的值就可以了。向表中输入数据是一件很细致的工作，千万不能马虎大意。简单的表，数据比较少，出错了容易检查；如果一张表很大，而且字段类型又比较复杂的话，输入的值出现错误，查起来就会非常麻烦。而且要是没有检查出来，让错误的数据留在表中，可能会给工作造成非常严重的后果。</span></p>
