<p class=p2><span style="line-height:17pt"> 为了让表中的某些列一直显示在屏幕上，可以将这些列冻结，但有时候为了将主要的数据字段列保留在窗口中进行观察，我们可以将暂时不需要的数据字段隐藏起来。将鼠标移动到需要隐藏列的字段标题处，单击鼠标右键，然后在弹出的菜单上选择“隐藏列”选项。这样选中的列就被隐藏了。要取消对一个列的隐藏，先将鼠标移动到表以外的任何地方，单击鼠标右键，然后在弹出的菜单上单击“撤消隐藏列”命令，弹出“撤消隐藏列”对话框如下图：</span></p>

<p class=p2><span style="line-height:17pt"> “撤消隐藏列”对话框的列表框中列有表的所有字段，而且每个字段前面都有一个方框，没有隐藏的列前面的方框中有“√”号，而隐藏了的列前面的方框中是空的。要取消对一个列的隐藏，只要单击这个列前面的方框，使它里面出现一个“√”符号，就可以取消隐藏。完成以后单击对话框上的“关闭”按钮。</span></p>
