Andrew Trigell <[e-mail]> with the help of Paul "Rusty"
Russell <[e-mail]>. Luke Kenneth Casson Leighton
<[e-mail]> also contributed a few patches. Sorted freelist
merge code added by Jeremy Allison <[e-mail]>.
