    mapped to an existing color. Subsequent palettes may map colors to this entry.<br>
    PC_RESERVED: This color is mapped to an unused system palette entry and no other logical 
    palettes will be mapped to that entry. By restricting the system palette entry to this 
    logical entry, color cycling involving direct changes to the system palette becomes 
    possible.</td>
