Yes, there is.  If you send me your surface mail address, I can
make sure you get a copy of it.  If you have access to CompuServe,
you can download the document from the MSMFC forum there.

Get the migration toolkit from microsoft and there is some good
information in tyere about porting a 'C' application to MFC (C++).
