/jayacard/proto/bios/init is the place for the initialization of the *Basic I/O
Subsystem*, the layer the COS is built on. This place contains *only*
cross-platform code and rely exclusively on the bios and on the *hal* to
provide :

	init.c		initialization of the different part of the BIOS

	applidata.c	initialization of the application datas

	atr.c		ATR sending

	ats.c		ATS sending
