/jayacard/proto/bios/tcl is the place for the T=CL part 4 of the contactless
communication. This place contains *only* cross-platform code and rely
exclusively on the *hal* to provide :

	tclfsm.c	the T=CL communication FSM

	tcltypea.c	the T=CL type A specific implementation
