许多用户不仅在Microsoft Office Internet 忙/闲服务器上面发布了自己的忙/闲信息，也希望把信息发布到其他服务器上，让更多的人能够看到。向其他任意服务器上发布忙/闲信息方法是：<br>
首先执行"工具"菜单中的"选项"命令，在弹出对话框中单击"日历选项"。再单击"忙/闲选项"。如图5.2.33-1。</td>

URL 格式，例如："http://"、"file://"或"ftp://"。<br>
如果用户计划与之会面的大多数人在同一个位置存储忙/闲信息，那么就可以使用 %NAME% 和 %SERVER%
替换来指定默认路径，以查找他们中任何人的 vfb 文件。例如，键入 ftp://%SERVER%/fb/%NAME%.vfb。这样当你发送一个会议申请时，Outlook
用申请接收人的姓名和服务器替换 %NAME% 和 %SERVER%，例如，ftp://microsoft.com/fb/JeffreyWeems.vfb。</td>
