<td bgcolor="#2F88D0" valign="top" class="zaixian"> 如果用户需要让Outlook提醒自己一个约会或者会议，但又不愿意让它提醒所有的事件，就可以用下面的方法只给一个现有的事件添加提醒。<br>
首先打开约会或者会议，选中"提醒"复选框，然后输入希望提醒在约会或会议之前多长时间出现。
若要自定义此约会或会议的提醒声音，请单击声音图标 ，然后选择要播放的声音。完成以后单击"保存并关闭"。如图5.5.42。</td>
