Outlook 面板上添加快捷方式以打开其他人的"日历"</font></b></div>

<td bgcolor="#2F88D0" valign="top" class="zaixian"> Outlook不仅能让用户打开自己的日历，而且如果其他人授予了用户查看其"日历"和主邮箱的权限，Outlook也可以让用户方便的打开其他人的"日历"，但是这些人和用户一样，都必须使用
Microsoft Exchange Server。在Outlook面板上添加打开其他人"日历"快捷方式的做法是：<br>
先执行"工具"菜单上的"电子邮件帐户"命令，单击"查看或更改现有电子邮件帐户"，再单击"下一步"。接着选择"Microsoft
Exchange Server"，再单击"更改"。单击"其他设置"。在弹出对话框中使用"高级"选项卡，再单击"添加"。在"添加邮箱"框中，键入他人的姓名。然后单击两次"确定"，单击"下一?quot;，再单击"完成"关闭对话框。<br>
接下来，在文件夹列表中，展开他人的邮箱，使"日历"文件夹出现，用鼠标将"日历"文件夹拖动到"Outlook
面板"，Outlook会自动为它创建快捷方式。之后我们就可以点击这个快捷方式来直接访问其他人的"日历"了。<br>
用户想做到这些，必须确定的是用户自己和授权给自己的人必须都使用了Microsoft Exchange Server。</td>
