<td bgcolor="#2F88D0" valign="top" class="zaixian"> 用户不但可以在Outlook中打开Outlook文件夹，还可以将Outlook文件夹的快捷方式放到桌面去，以后只要双击桌面快捷方式就可以将它打开了。做法是显示文件夹列表，然后将其中需要创建快捷方式的文件夹拖到桌面上去。<br>
用户要注意的是：有时可能会出现"Internet Explorer不支持同步该类型的URL"的出错提示。这时，我们可以先将文件夹快捷方式创建在硬盘上，比入D：盘，然后用右击该快捷方式，将鼠标指向"发送到"，在弹出菜单里执行"桌面快捷方式"命令。<br>
