To install/uninstall a documentation:

run MSDNIntegrator with the INI file on the command line:

MSDNIntegrator.exe MSDN-CppUnit.INI

A dialog will open, all fields should be initialized. 

Press 'Integrate with MSDN' to integrate the documentation with MSDN, 
'Remove' to remove the documentation from MSDN. Both commands take effects when MSDN 
is restarted.
