required for scripts:
	start Terminal application:
	sudo  cp  <drag_file_vipsi_here>  /usr/bin

to make vipsi double clickable:
	move vipsi to a convenient place
	right-click on vipsi > info > program to open 
	> show all 
	> applications > Terminal

suggested installation for developers:

required for scripts:
	start Terminal application
	cp  <drag_file_vipsi_here>  ~/bin
	sudo  ln  -s  `echo ~`/bin/vipsi  /usr/bin

	this allows frequent replacement of vipsi by new versions
	without doing sudo every time

to make vipsi double clickable:
	as above
