<br>主题：如何使一个CTime.Format("%y-%m-%d")后得到的年为4位数，而不是2位？
<br>内容：数据库里取出的是4位，用CTime.Format("%y-%m-%d")放到list control里面就是2位了，再从list control里面取出返回到一个date time picker里面用就只剩下两位了且不对了：（
