  address will be modified to include the provided optional service name

  while a messenger is sending a message will produce incorrect and
  unpredictable results. Messages should either be cloned before sending

 <p/>We implement a local queue and thread to hide the synchronousness of
 the wrapped messenger. If the wrapped messenger is itself asynchronous,
 then this is a waste of time, but will still work fine. This could happen
 when this class is used as the base class for VirtualMessenger which
 picks messengers from a pool and deliberately wraps them for the purpose
 of sharing and pooling, even if they're asynchronous (but they should not
 be).
