To use FFT.DLL with Visual Basic, all you have to do is stick FFTLib.bas
in your project.  You get three functions: FFTSingle, FFTDouble, and
IndexToFrequency.  Check Don Cross's website, which is at http://www.intersrv.com/~dcross/fft.html, or Fourier.H for info on what
they do.
