This toolbox uses a number of basic functions and blocks
to construct more advanced functions and tools. Some of
these basic functions and blocks do not belong to any
specific category. You may, however, find them useful in your 
programming. These blocks are classified
into a <A RUN="closebut(gcf);com_util">Utility Library</A>
for the SIMULINK blocks. For MATLAB functions, the 
following are classified into the
Utility category:

<dd><b><a run="hthelp randint">randint</a></b> - Uniform distribution random integer number generator.
<dd><b><a run="hthelp checkinp">checkinp</a></b> - Function default value check.
<dd><b><a run="hthelp vec2mat">vec2mat</a></b> - Convert vector to matrix by a given column number.
<dd><b><a run="hthelp blkdiag">blkdiag</a></b> - Constructs a block diagonal matrix using the input matrices.
