<p class="p2" style="line-height:17pt"> 为了使幻灯片更加活泼、生动，我们还可以插入影片和声音呢！
单击“插入”菜单，选取“影片和声音”项，在子菜单中选取“文件中的声音”<font color="#FF3333">(图一)</font>命令。打开“插入声音”对话框，在对话框中找到声音文件保存的位置，然后选中它。我们就选这个logoff声音文件<font color="#FF3333">(图二)</font>，单击“确定”按钮。这时系统提示“是否需要在幻灯片放映时自动播放声音”，单击“是”按钮确认。插入的声音在放映幻灯片时会自动播放，如果想在放映之前先听一下，可以双击一下这个小喇叭状的图标<img src="img/pp2k16.gif" width="22" height="22" align="absmiddle" alt="喇叭">。
你还可以把自己的声音加到文稿里。插入的声音可以是Office 2000的剪辑库中提供的现成文件，也可以是用户自己创建的，只要是PowerPoint支持的格式就行。比如Win98里录音机录WAV格式的声音，MID格式的声音文件、CD音乐和AVI格式的影片文件。</p>
