<p> 组织结构图就是一个机构、企业或组织中人员结构的图形化表示，它是由一系列图框和连线组成，表示一个机构的等级、层次。图1是一个学校教职工的组织结构图，从校长、各系主任到普通教师，所有的教职工的信息，都可以在组织结构图上表示出来，那么这个学校都有谁，谁归谁管、一个系有几名教师等都一目了然了。</p>

<p> 只要有层次结构的对象都可以用组织结构图来描述。画组织结构图有专门的工具，可以更简便地画出这种图形。单击“插入”菜单中的“图片”，选择“组织结构图”命令,这时出现的窗口就是专门来画组织结构图的。(如图2）</p>

<p> 我们可以替换预设文字来完成组织结构图：选择标题文字，输入我们想要的标题；选择预设框，输入想要的内容，一个框里，可以输入四行文字，分别是“姓名”、“职称”和两个附注，如果没那么麻烦，只输入姓名就行了。(如图3）</p>
<p> 我们还可以增加结构图，例如给经理再添一名部下，单击“部下”按钮<img src="img/pp2k1035.gif" width="86" height="24" align="absmiddle" border="0">，再单击“经理”图框，输入文字，就完成了(如图3）。还可以利用另一个办法来实现，单击“同事”按钮<img src="img/pp2k1036.gif" width="81" height="24" align="absmiddle" border="0">，然后将光标移到一名下属所在图框上，单击鼠标左键，就给他增加了一名同事(如图4）。</p>

<p> 和其他对象一样，可以更改结构图的格式，分别设置图框、线条的颜色、样式、宽度等。画完结构图，在“文件”菜单中选择“退出并返回”，就回到当前编辑的演示文稿中了(如图5）。</p>
