<p> 幻灯片播放时还需要做什么吗？从最简单的翻页、定位，到会议记录、指针选项等，都是在幻灯片放映过程中会遇到的。要想放映幻灯片是很简单的，按一下F5，或是点一下屏幕左下角的“幻灯片放映”按钮<img src="img/pp2k1136.gif" width="18" height="16" align="absmiddle" border="0">就行了。当然你也可以从菜单中找到相关命令。在放映过程中想换到上一张、下一张很简单，可以用Page
Down、Page Up键来控制，也可以用方向箭头来控制，还可以单击鼠标右键选择“下一张”、“上一张”来实现。如果只是想换到下一张还可以用空格键、回车键等。如果在放映时想放映任意一张,可以单击鼠标右键，在弹出的快捷菜单中选择
“定位”，再选择“幻灯片漫游”或是“按标题”项，（如图1）</p>

<p> 都可以通过选择幻灯片标题，定位到所选的幻灯片上。（如图2）</p>

<p> 也可以选择“以前查看过的”项，快速定位到刚刚查看过的幻灯片上。在幻灯片放映过程中，还可以添加会议记录或是查看讲演者备注。如果是在网上讨论或是开会，就要用到会议记录。如果你用得着的话，就单击鼠标右键，弹出的快捷菜单中能找到这些命令。（如图3）</p>
