Throughout networking there are references to ground loop circuit, circuit versus packet switching, virtual circuits, in addition to all of the real circuits formed by networking media and networking devices. Of course, a thorough understanding of all of the circuitry involved in networking would require an undergraduate degree in electrical engineering.; Here our goals are humble: students understanding the idea of a simple series circuit.
