        <li><font face="Arial" size="2">Centralized cabling shall be implemented
          to ensure the correct fiber polarity as specified in ANSI/TIA/EIA-568-B.1
          (i.e., A-B orientation at the telecommunications outlet/connector and
          B-A orientation at the centralized cross-connect).</font></li>
