system call starts an NFS
daemon listening on the socket referenced by the file descriptor

The socket must be an AF_INET address format, and a SOCK_DGRAM socket
type (protocol UDP/IP). This system call is used by

If the process is killed, the system call
returns the diagnostic EINTR.

implements the NFS daemon
that handles asynchronous I/O for an NFS client.
This system call is used by
