This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of
Portugal.

Disclaimer of Warranty
THIS SOFTWARE AND THE ACCOMPANYING FILES ARE DISTRIBUTED 'AS IS' AND
WITHOUT WARRANTIES AS TO PERFORMANCE OR MERCHANTABILITY OR ANY OTHER
WARRANTIES WHETHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. Because of the various
hardware and software environments into which AW CAPI ActiveX control
may be put, NO WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE IS
OFFERED.
Good data processing procedure dictates that any software be
thoroughly tested with non-critical data before relying on it. The
user must assume the entire risk of using the software. The FULL
SOURCE code is available for a fixed lump sum. ANY LIABILITY OF THE
AUTHOR IN WHATEVER CIRCUNSTANCES WILL BE NONE.

Distribution
This ActiveX control is freeware for private, company and commercial
use.

You are hereby licensed to make as many copies of it and respective
documentation as you wish; give exact copies of the original version
to anyone; and distribute it with the accompanying documentation in
its unmodified form via electronic means. There is no charge for any
of the above.

You are allowed to develop and distribute applications which make use
of it, including other controls.

Source Code
When purchasing the source code, developpers are hereby authorized to
ammend or improve it at their sole risk or responsability. When doing
this they shall in no circunstance rebuild the control without
changing all declared GUIDs.

It is strictly forbidden to rebuild the control even, without
ammendments or improvements, and redistribute it keeping the same
name, GUIDs, or by any means associating it to the AW Capi ActiveX
Control.
