DESCRIPTION
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
TGPS is an interface to a GPS receiver. TGPS can be used with all GPS receiver
that sends NMEA 0183 data. With TGPS you will have access to position, time, 
speed, heading, bearings, waypoints, routes and more. This may however vary 
depending on what data the connected GPS receiver delivers.
Also included are two components for satellite positions and signal strength.

REGISTRATION

If you register TGPS, you will have these benefits:
* Rights to use TGPS commercially.
* Receive full source code.
* The unregistered version sends all data for 60 minutes. After that it will only 
  send positions.

DELPHI Versions
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
TGPS is tested with Delphi 3.0, 4.0, 5.0 and 6.0.
If you have purchased the source code, it should be possible to use TGPS
with (some modifications) in Delpi 2.0. However this is not tested and not
supported.

INSTALLATION
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
       Extract the files in AXGPS.ZIP to a directory of your choice.

***** Delphi 3.0
       Extract the files in GPS_D30.ZIP.
       From Delphi: Select Component | Install Component
       At Unit file name, click Browse and select the file GPSRegister.dcu.
       Click OK.

***** Delphi 4.0
       Extract the files in GPS_D40.ZIP.
       From Delphi: Select Component | Install Component
       At Unit file name, click Browse and select the file GPSRegister.dcu.
       Click OK.
	
***** Delphi 5.0
       Extract the files in GPS_D50.ZIP.
       From Delphi: Select Component | Install Component
       At Unit file name, click Browse and select the file GPSRegister.dcu.
       Click OK.

***** Delphi 6.0
       Extract the files in GPS_D60.ZIP.
       From Delphi: Select Component | Install Component
       At Unit file name, click Browse and select the file GPSRegister.dcu.
       Click OK.
	
You might have to add the search path to the directory where you put the files under 
"Project | Options | Directories | Search path".
