  This file, VENDOR.DOC, describes the only terms by which I, Rocco Loscalzo,
  30 Boynton Drive, Nottingham NG3 3EP, UK, permit Commercial Distribution of
  this Software.

  "Commercial Distribution" means distribution for money or other such
  consideration.

  "Software" means the Shareware versions of RUTILS and RGUI and their related
  files (including this one).
