RUTILS v2.0 图形声音库

    Thank you for expressing an interest in the RocSoft Games Library for C.
    This document describes the features of this and  other  libraries  that
    are available.

    Minimum Requirements:       286 or better
    ---------------------       EGA or better (VGA recommended)
                                C Compiler (Microsoft/Borland recommended)
                                DOS 3.3 or better
                                Hard Drive with 2Mb free
                                Sound Blaster (Optional)
                                EMS/XMS (Optional)

    RUTILS v2.0
    -----------
    A fully featured games library supplied in LARGE MEMORY MODEL format
    consisting of:

    * General purpose routines e.g. random numbers, strings, background
      timers, cpu identification, etc.
    * Graphics routines e.g. 16/256 colours, line, ellipse, arc, rrect,
      polygon, bitmapped fonts, screen fading, palette control, super smooth
      scrolling, etc.
    * Sprites and animation e.g. up to 256 fully independent animated images
      and large "scroll maps", etc.
    * Input/Output routines e.g. string entry, printer support, mouse support,
      joystick support, etc.
    * PC speaker sound routines e.g. fully interrupt driven "background"
      sound.
    * Sound Blaster routines e.g. fully interrupt driven playing of sound
      samples and CMF music without the need of any drivers.
    * File input/output routines (very simple and fast!).
    * EMS/XMS memory routines for breaking the 1Mb limit!

    Utilities are also provided for making 256 colour Sprites (images), Fonts,
    Scroll Maps, Sound Effects, etc. All of this is offered as Shareware for a
    trial period. Registration will entitle you to distribute applications
    created using RUTILS  **ROYALTY FREE**  as well as receiving bonus items &
    discounts on other RocSoft products.

    RGUI v1.0
    ---------
    A LARGE MEMORY model library of routines that enable a DOS based
    application to have a Graphical User Interface (GUI) with push buttons,
    icons, text boxes, etc. This requires RUTILS v2.0 and is also offered as
    Shareware. Registration provides bonus items and the licence to distribute
    apps **ROYALTY FREE**.

    RGFMTS v1.0
    -----------
    A LARGE MODEL library for displaying PCX and BMP (Windows wallpaper) type
    files. Support available for 16 and 256 colour formats. This requires
    RUTILS v2.0 and is ONLY available in registered form.
