2. Introduction
---------------

Gsms is an application for sending sms-messages trough web-pages.
Sms is the Short Message Service of the GSM cellular phone network.

3. Installation
---------------

These libraries are needed to compile gsms.

gtk/glib 1.2.6 or better.
gnome-2.0.50 or better
glibc 2.0 or better for threading support

To build gsms:

cd gsms
./configure
make
make install

This will put the binary in /usr/local/bin and plugins in 
/usr/local/lib/gsms/plugins
 
Copy additional plugins either to $(prefix)/lib/gsms/plugins or
in your home directory ~/.gsms/plugins

4. Documentation
----------------

Documentation is included in the doc directory.


5. Plugins
-----------

At this time only plugins for the following two providers are avaliable:

	* www.one.at(http)
	* max.mobil(mail)

To use plugins which requery mail support you must configure the smtp
settings in the preferences dialog!
