ReadMe file for newmat10 - beta version - 28 July, 2001

This is a beta version of newmat10.

I have tested this with Borland C++ versions 5.02, 5.5,
Microsoft Visual C++, version 6.0 (service pack 3), and
Gnu C++, but it has not been subjected to the level of testing
applied to a release version.

The 18 January, 2001 version fixes a bug that caused a crash
when some exceptions were thrown with VC6++.

The 28 July, 2001 version fixes warning messages from GCC 2.96
and includes information for the genemake utility.

Please report bugs.

Documentation is in nm10.htm.

This library is freeware and may be freely used and distributed.
