The configuration-file has the format of a .ini-file. This means, that
you have sections of the form:

A section binds all parameters together, which have to do with some
application-based type of data. Also subsections are possible too.
They have the following form:

In the sections the <i>attribute - value</i> assignments are
placed. Two forms are possible:

<li>Single-line assignments</li>
<li>Multiple-Line assignments</li>
</ol>

Here an example:

Here, the attribute <CODE>BgColor</CODE> got the value <i>red</i> and
the attribute <CODE>Values</CODE> got a list, containig three elements:
