Release note bug fix and enhancement listing for tekHedd's VT port.
Entries are sorted by version.  Unfixed bugs are in the "bugs" file,
naturally.  Versions are VTW versions, not VaporTalk versions.  The
latest verson of any build can be reconstructed by finding the
RCS version number and checking out files by state.  Beta builds have
the state "Beta", release builds have the state "Release".

Fixed some bugs in the prompting code (window.c) that caused crashing when 
editing long command lines.  Most of the crashing was caused by attempting
to position the cursor to a position off the screen.

Win32 - Removed requirement that HOME variable must be set.  Startup file
may now be specified on the command line.  Default startup file is
"C:/VT/MAIN.VTC"

Mapped function keys to macros with function-key names.  For example:
The F10 key sends the string "/F10\n" to the app.

First release of the Win32 interface initially includes these features:
  - Port of VaporTalk to win32, win32s.  Amazing how easy it was.
  - Works with WinSock, including dial-up slip (Trumpet).
  - Modifications to the startup file to allow for Microsoft-DOS's 
    brain-dead file system.
  - complete compatibility of ".vtc" programs across platforms.  (yay!)x
  - Mini-VT102-emulator window for MS-Windows 3.1, 3.11 includes:
    - ANSI color (foreground) support
    - Resizable window
    - Relatively slow scrolling on cheap video cards
