Just some notes that might be useful.


## Releases ##

Major or minor releases result in the incrementing of all the files' major 
rev numbers.  The current versions are:

  VTW     RCS
  ---     ---
  1.0     1
  1.1     2

Note that project status is tracked using cheesy RCS states.  For example, 
all files in the 1.1 release should have the version/state of 2.x/Release.  
This allows you to recreate the VTW release 1.1 with the command:

  co -u -r2 -sRelease *

and recompilation.


## Other ##

I am including the RCS files in the release for reference.  You can do what
you want with them, but of course changes you check in won't be incorporated
into future releases unless you tell me about 'em.  This assumes, of course,
that there WILL be future releases.
