对SCSI设备 直接存取的通用库

`libscsi' handles the direct access of scsi devices. It consists of
two parts: a system dependent one and a system independent one.  It
was developed with portabillity in mind; actually it was developed on
two different systems at the same time: NetBSD and AmigaDOS.  The
library should be portable to other flavours of Unix or operating
systems with a usable c-comppiler and scsi direct interface.  Further
it's easy to add support for other scsi commands or scsi devices.

General notes:
==============

  To compile you need a `sh' and a c-compiler :-)
  (See file INSTALL for notes on compiling and installing.)
  To develop you also need `automake' and `autoconf'.

  Amiga:
    You simply need the `gcc' or `ADE' environment installed . . .
    (General notes apply.)

    Also, you need a working version of `uname'.  One version is
    included in the file `uname-amiga.c'; to use it, compile it with
	gcc -o uname uname-amiga.c
    and place it somewhere in your path.
