This software package currently needs:
	IPC messages
	a tty driver with an ioctl to control the RTS line

It works only with ZyXEL modems, because it uses the ZyXEL fax mode and
not the class2 standard.

It was developed for System V 3.2 stanalone machines on Intel architecture.
(ISC V2.0.2)

You will need the following external software:

	ghostscript 2.5.2 or higher with dfax driver
	psify
	dvialw (this will be replaced by dvips sometime)
