基于单片机控制的移动消防系统设计

为提升易燃、易爆工程装备的消防安全能力,提出一种基于AT89S52单片机和凌阳单片机的移动消防系统。主要由主控模块、火焰检测模块、寻迹与避障模块、传感模块、定位模块、驱动模块、灭火装置、显示模块、无线通信模块等组成,可针对火灾进行预警处理,能够稳定、精准地感应火源信号,大大降低工程设备对人身财产的危害,同时该消防系统具有较高的自由度,可自主越障,并计算出最佳行程路径。整个系统结构简单,工作效率高,可靠性好,集成度和性价比高,具有良好的经济效益和社会效益。

In order to improve the fire safety capability of flammable and explosive engineering equipment, a mobile fire control system based on AT89S52 micro-controller and Sunplus single chip microcomputer is proposed. Which is mainly composed of main control module,flame detection module,tracing and obstacle avoidance module,sensing module,positioning module,driving module,fire extinguishing device,display module and wireless communication module,etc. The system can be used for early warning of fire,and can stably and accurately sense the fire source signal, greatly reducing the damage of engineering equipment to personal and property. Simultaneously, the fire protection system has a high degree of freedom,and is able to independently overcome obstacles,and calculate the best itinerary path. The whole system has a simple structure,high work efficiency,good reliability,high integration and high cost performance,and has good economic and social benefits.
