基于单片机的双轴太阳能跟踪系统设计

基于STC12C5A60S2单片机设计的双轴太阳能跟踪系统由传感器模块、电机驱动模块以及控制模块组成。传感器模块使用硅光电池并结合简单结构模型对太阳光光强进行采样,控制模块使用STC12C5A60S2单片机为核心对采样结果进行处理后控制直流电机以实现太阳跟踪的目的。简单实验结果显示本系统可在指定时间内通过光强的强弱判断是否进入跟踪模式。本系统结构简单、价格低廉为双轴太阳能跟踪系统提供设计参考。

The dual-axis solar tracking system based on STC12C5A60S2 single-chip microcomputer consists of sensor module,motor drive module and control module.The sensor module uses a silicon photocell and combines a simple structural model to sample the sunlight intensity.The control module uses the STC12C5A60S2 microcontroller as the core to process the sampling results and then control the DC motor to achieve the purpose of sun tracking.The experimental results show that the system can judge whether to enter the tracking mode by the intensity of the light intensity within a specified time.The system has a simple structure and low price,and provides a design reference for the dual-axis solar tracking system.
