基于单片机控制的谷子精量播种控制系统设计

针对机械传动式谷子播种机在工作中出现漏播、播种不均匀的问题,结合播种机的实际工作情况,设计了一种播种控制系统,并对其工作原理、硬件设计和控制算法进行了详细的阐述。系统采用单片机作为控制器,用旋转编码器采集播种机工作速度,控制步进电机驱动排种器工作,实现均匀播种,具有语音实时播报、故障监测和显示、暂停等功能。

In view of the uneven seeding and missed seeding of mechanical drive millet seeder, a seeding control system is designed based on the actual working conditions of the seeder. The paper describes minutely this system from the perspective of working principle , hardware design and control algorithm. The system uses SCM as the controller, uses rotary encoder to collect the working speed of the seeder, to controls the stepping motor to drive the seeder, realizes uniform seeding, and it also has the functions of voice real-time broadcast, fault monitoring and display, pause and so on.
