四创素质融合养成的单片机技术课堂教学改革

创新是单片机技术教与学活动中的永恒主题。文章针对单片机技术应用人才培养中对人才创新素质认识不足、培养机制不明显的问题,明确了单片机技术人才的四种创新素质内涵要求,即创新意识、创新思维、创新品格、创新能力。在培养机制上,以设置有序、渐进的单片机技术教学内容为前提,以四种创新素质融合养成的课堂教学为关键抓手,形成一种递进循环、螺旋式上升的创新素质养成机制。实践证明,有效的创新素质融合养成机制不仅提升了专业能力和职业能力,同时又为自身发展提供了训练保障。

Innovation is an eternal theme in the teaching and learning activities of MCU technology.In view of the lack of understanding of the innovative quality and the lack of obvious training mechanism in the cultivation of MCU technical talents,this paper clarifies the connotation requirements of the four innovative qualities of MCU technical talents,namely,innovative consciousness,innovative thinking,innovative character and innovative ability.In terms of training mechanism,the precondition is to set up orderly and progressive MCUtechnology teaching content,and the key point is classroom teaching,which is formed by the fusion of four innovative qualities.As a result,a progressive cycle and spiral upward cultivation mechanism of innovative qualities is formed.Practice has proved that the effective cultivation mechanism not only helps to enhance professional ability and vocational ability,but also provides training guarantee for their own development.
