Studying the switching operation of railway substation,this paper finds a problem between the switching operation training for new employee and the monitoring system of switching operation can not be operated.In order to solve this problem,a switching simulation platform based on VB.NET and 51MCU is developed.It must be helped that training for new employee,and there are certain scientific research and promotion significance.
