基于52单片机的智能粮仓火灾报警系统设计

粮仓火灾事故会带来难以估量的经济损失,结合现有技术,设计低成本的“粮仓防火”系统显得十分必要且意义重大。现在很多火灾报警器都是为一些大型建筑而研发的,诸如“粮仓”这种关乎国计民生的重要场所的防火系统却略显陈旧。利用单片机技术,设计和研发一种低成本、高可靠性、具有较高效率的智能火灾报警系统具备可行性。本文以STC89C52单片机为核心设计了一种基于温度、烟雾检测的粮仓智能火灾报警系统。系统使用烟雾传感器、温度传感器实时监测粮仓内的烟雾浓度和温度,通过LCD液晶显示器显示监测数据。系统报警器经过信号采集模块采集信号后把采集结果传送到单片机进行数据判定,如果超过设定阈值,则实现声光报警,否则继续监测。

With the increasing frequency of fire accidents,many people realize the importance of fire prevention. Many fire alarms are now developed for large buildings,but there are few flammable and important places like granaries.Therefore,it is necessary to develop an economical,simple and efficient intelligent fire alarm detection system.In this paper,an intelligent fire alarm system for granary based on temperature and smoke detection is designed with STC89C52 microcontroller as the core.The system can monitor the temperature and smoke signal of the granary in real time with temperature sensor and smoke sensor,and display the concentration on LCD.After the alarm acquires the signal through the signal acquisition module,it transmits the acquisition result to the single-chip microcomputer for data determination.If the set threshold value is exceeded,the acousto-optic alarm will be realized;otherwise,the detection will continue.
